The ORNL Guest House is to be used primarily by research scientist at the Spallation Neutron Source Facility.  It will be a 3 story 29,000 sq ft hotel with 47 rooms. 

The Guest House is designed to achieve Silver Certification by the United States Green Building Council LEED rating system for new construction.  It will include an exercise room, lounge, meeting room and breakfast area.  Completion is scheduled for December 2010.
