Blaine Construction Opens Office in Bonny Oaks Industrial Park

Blaine Construction Corp., one of the leading full-service general contracting companies in the Southeast, will locate in Chattanooga in mid-October.  The company has purchased a 2,500 sqft office in the Bonny Oaks Industrial Park at 6111 Heritage Park Drive, Suite A-200.

A full-service general contractor based in Knoxville since 1969, Blaine Construction specializes in industrial, commercial and institutional construction in East Tennessee and throughout the U.S.

Blaine became a part of The Yates Companies in 2000.  WG Yates Companies, which is headquartered in Mississippi, has offices through the Southeast and ranks in the Engineering News-Record's top 40 list.

Blaine has performed work in over 30 states for several Fortune 500 Companies.  In East Tennessee Blaine, which is building the UTC Student Wellness Center, has worked for Denso Manufacturing in Maryville and Athens, the University of Tennessee, UT-Battele, American Honda, Exedy Corp., Y-12, McKibbon Hotel Group, and Regal Entertainment Group.
