This project is an urban in-fill mid-rise post tension concrete structure with seven floors of student housing on top of a five-story parking garage.

The finished project includes approximately 808,000 sqft and can be broken down as follows:

• Approximately 400,000 sqft of garage area consisting of 844 commercial/public parking spaces.
• Approximately 272,000 sqft of residential space (218 student apartments and 14 townhouse units) consisting of 742 bedrooms, 435 unit bathrooms and 232 unit kitchens.
• Approximately 104,000 sqft of common/amenity area consisting of an activity area, theatre, wellness center, leasing/management offices, mini-storage units, lobbies, corridors, vending area, retail space (10,000 sqft) and electrical./mechanical rooms.
• Approximately 37,000 sqft of outdoor plaza area complete with a trellis and fountain.

Clinch and White Avenue traffic configuration changes include curbs, resurfacing and restriping.

The infrastructure and foundations include a tie back wall system and 186 caissons.
