Bank Branch – 9,000 sf. Corporate office – 45,000 sf.

This 56,000 sf class A office building is the new Knoxville headquarters for Regions Bank formerly AMSouth.

Construction consisted of a three-story structural steel frame building with a masonry veneer and various precast trim elements.

The project incorporated extensive finishes including polished marble floor tile, wood veneer wall treatments, wood ceiling treatments and extensive wood trim and granite counter tops in the branch bank.

The project schedule was 10 months, including site work and tenant finishes.
