Knoxville Place Student Housing
This project is over 800,000 SF seven-story student housing on top of a 5 story parking garage. The parking garage holds 844 commercial/ public parking spaces. The student housing is 218 student apartments and 14 townhouse units consisting of 742 bedrooms, 435 unit bathrooms, and 232 unit kitchens. There is also a common/amenity area consisting of an activity area, theatre, wellness center, leasing/management offices, mini-storage units, lobbies, corridors, vending areas, retail space and electrical/mechanical rooms. Also an outdoor plaza area complete with a trellis and fountain.
The infrastructure and foundations include a tie back wall system and 186 caissons.
