Blaine Construction constructed this addition to the JFG Coffee plant that has a structural steel frame, metal wall panels, and a membrane roof. The foundations are micropiles with grade beams connecting them. The addition accommodates an eighty foot high green coffee bean silo.
Foam filled concrete was used as backfill against the existing building and all concrete was self performed by Blaine.
